Tai Chi Qi Gong

Tai Chi Qi Gong

Tai Chi Qi Gong is traditional Chinese exercises for healing the body, mind and spirit.
Literally, the vital breath or energy of the universe thousands of years before the
establishment of Western medicine. Chinese masters perfected a system of gentle
movement and meditation postures that can change channel Chi into the body for
detoxifying energizing and healing.

I’ve been practicing for over 50 years. Welcome to the Chinese way of meditation in
motion.

Scrapbooking

This activity will first introduce you to the process of creating a card for any occasion using various
techniques and tools. To the extent of your imagination… with what I possess and graciously offer
you.

Further along, the use of the Cameo Silhouette electronic machine will be offered, for calligraphy,
embossing or cutting, to create your sweaters, bags, aprons, or anything you want.

I will provide all the material until my reserves (!) or your interest are exhausted.

The workshop is on Wednesdays’, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.

I hope to have the great pleasure of sharing my passion with you and welcoming you there.

Carole Couturier, activity representative
